Staff were friendly and helpful，room was very clean and sufficiently spacious for 3. Good location, 5 minutes walk to green metro line, 10 minutes walk to ximending, daily refill of water, tea and coffee in room.

Room is very clean and bright. Spacious enough to open up 2 big suitcases ,sound proof is good. Toilet is very clean got the Japanese feel of o nsen bathtub.The staff are very helpful. The station is about 10 minutes walk to the hotel yet there's a lot of shade along the road. Plus point is there us a carrefour diagonally across the hotel and you can get cheap taiwan souvenir there. Wonderful, will stay there again.

New thing; they have a VA(virtual assistance) call Aiello. Good for hotel integration with room controls. Ease of switching and navigating lights and aircon from bed. Room are clean and big. Place is about 12-15min casual walk from ximending. But 3-5min casual walk from xiaonanmen mrt Behind the hotel has a lot of local food, not the fanfare kind but is what locals will eat day to day.

I have been staying in the hotel for around one month under various bookings. The decor is modern and well maintained. Everything is clean and functional. The staff are most helpful. Would certainly be my first choice for staying in Taipei.

The room was big, comfy and clean. The bed is comfortable just that the pillow is a tad too soft. Bathroom is big and clean, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and etc are all provided. Their hair dryer is good too, dries quickly and make your hair soft. Room has AI which makes it very convenient to control the room lighting.

The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. You can use voice recognition AI to control lights, TV, curtain etc. I really love the sound of alarm clock (set by AI) The location may not be next to subway station but it is in walking distance. You can also walk to Ximending easily. Very nice hotel.

It was a splendid stay for me and my family, especially the 3 single beds for 3 of us, I didn’t expect the room would be spacious. Love it. Service was top notch. Ntg that I ask from them than they doesn’t offer a help. Keep it up! Location was convenient , walking distance to ximending. Read a few old Review abt the hotel looks old. But I think they need a renovation. It’s definitely look new now!

Taipei Gaden has become one of my favorite spots to stay in Taipei. The value for money is exceptional. Amazing room amenities and view plus professional staff as always.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet rooms with onsen bathtub! Great view of xiaonanmen also and walking distance to ximending without the noise.
